Atlanta, GA (April 4th, 2022) – Site Location Partnership (SLP), a Dallas-based corporate site selection consulting firm, announced its successful exhibition at MODEX 2022, where the company met with manufacturing businesses to evaluate opportunities for economic development and job creation. The show took place from Monday, March 28th through Wednesday, March 31st. The firm also attended a private event in Atlanta dedicated to networking and discussions between site selectors and economic developers.
Over 37,047 visitors connected with over 857 exhibitors across 405,000 square feet of exhibit space at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center. This was the largest MODEX event to date for MHI, with 20% more visitors than the last pre-pandemic show – MODEX 2018. Additionally, the direct economic impact of this event to the Atlanta area is estimated to be $45 million.
“It’s been a number of years since we’ve attended MODEX. The pandemic certainly threw a wrench in the trade show scene, so there has been uncertainly as to how the first few shows after the pandemic would go. We were pleasantly surprised by the turnout for this one,” said Mark Darce, Senior Vice President of Development at Site Location Partnership.
