Chicago, IL (July 29th, 2022) – Site Location Partnership (SLP), a Dallas-based corporate site selection consulting firm, announced its successful exhibition at the IFT 2022 show in Chicago, where the company met with manufacturing businesses to evaluate opportunities for economic development and job creation. The show took place from Monday, July 11th through Wednesday, July 13th. The firm also attended a private event in downtown Chicago dedicated to networking and discussions between site selectors and economic developers.
Over 15,000 attendees and 800 exhibitors came to Chicago for the show, which was held at McCormick Place in Chicago.
“IFT was able to provide us with opportunities to develop new business prospects within various food sectors. It’s great to see the food industry turn out for a fantastic show, and we were able to make a number of connections within the industry we didn’t otherwise have,” said Justin Thompson, CEO of Site Location Partnership.
At the networking event, SLP representatives joined economic development officials, corporate real estate executives, and other site selection consultants. “We haven’t done a networking event in Chicago for almost three years, due to the pandemic. So it was great to have an environment to meet old contacts we hadn’t seen in quite some time, as well as get some face time with our clients that traveled for the show,” commented Mark Darce, Senior Vice President of Development at Site Location Partnership.
