site location partnershipAtlanta, GA (October 22, 2010) – Site Location Partnership (SLP), a Dallas-based consulting firm specializing in corporate location strategy and economic development, announced that its efforts at the 2010 NBAA Annual Convention were successful in promoting its location advisory services to the aerospace industry and identifying businesses with plans to expand their operations. SLP provided registration badges for clients from Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska and Texas who attended the convention. The firm also took part in an exclusive networking forum which focused on site location strategy, corporate facility planning and business recruitment.

Marking the 63rd edition of the annual meeting and convention held by the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), NBAA 2010 featured 1,083 exhibitors at the Georgia World Congress Center and a static display of 93 aircraft at DeKalb Peachtree Airport. Over 24,000 visitors from 82 countries attended the convention, recognized as the largest business aviation trade show in the world. The event brought together executives, government officials, manufacturers and other professionals involved in nearly all aspects of the aviation industry.

“NBAA allowed us to showcase our site selection service offerings to hundreds of aviation business leaders,” said Justin Thompson, CEO of Site Location Partnership. “We were pleased with the attendee turnout and received numerous inquiries from companies evaluating opportunities for expansion. We enjoyed learning more about their business and educating them on how our services can assist them with their site search.”

At the networking forum, SLP representatives joined economic development officials, corporate real estate executives, business leaders and site consultants. “The reception provided an excellent platform to visit with other site selection service providers and exchange quality referrals,” said Mark Darce, senior vice president of development at Site Location Partnership. “I found the networking to be extremely valuable. Overall, it was a very productive event.”
