Indian River County Chamber Renews Contract with Site Location Partnership in Aggressive Push for Job Creation and Investment

  site location partnershipVero Beach, FL (January 29, 2017) – The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce has announced its contract renewal with Site Location Partnership (SLP), a leading site selection and economic development advisory firm, in its quest to attract new jobs and investment to Indian River County, Florida. Under the terms of the agreement, SLP will assist the county-wide organization in developing relationships with site selectors and location decision-makers from corporations planning to expand or relocate their operations.

"We know that economic development organizations around the country and throughout the world are becoming more aggressive in their business recruitment efforts,” said Helene Caseltine, director of economic development for the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. “With limited resources, we need to get the biggest bang for our buck. Our investment with SLP has paid off in terms of developing stronger relationships with site consultants and targeting industry sectors such as manufacturing, warehouse/distribution and aviation."

SLP’s Economic Development Practice will strengthen Indian River County’s business recruitment strategy through relationship marketing, site selector meetings, national industry trade shows, networking events, internet exposure and other forms of aggressive outreach. The firm will focus its efforts on targeted business sectors which reflect significant growth potential and complement the county’s existing industry base.
